Overall clean hotel in a lovely building really close to a convenience store very nearby, the lake and the best restaurant in Hanoi. Outstanding food options. The rooms with comfortable bed and the bathroom, for example. Amicable, friendly staff upon request of a better tub. Tranquil location in a really nice part of town. Lots of food options at walking distance from the venue: D

Had a blast at Oriental Palace playing billiards and table tennis, felt so fit! The restaurant served Asian and international cuisine, perfect for my sophisticated palate. Also, the staff were friendly, except for the guy who tried to B&E at 6am, oops!
Loved the dated hotel, especially the insane school noises at 7am. Just a small detail: the water provided was so generous, only 4 bottles for 7 people and 2 were already opened, how considerate!

The pool was a great place to chill out and relax, and the gym was also a welcome bonus. the staff were friendly and very helpful, offering us tips on where to go and what to see in the area. the breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of food to choose from.
The rooms were small and not very well-lit. the water pressure in the shower was also quite weak, which made it difficult to get clean.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hanoi and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the overall quality of the experience. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to take a taxi to the bustling old quarters. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and featured comfortable beds, allowing for a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh and served a la carte, avoiding the typical buffet of cold food. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of basic amenities, service, and breakfast.
All was good.

This hotel is well-located, with easy access to the city center and many wonderful restaurants. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. Guests have access to a beautiful pool and gym for relaxation and exercise. Some of the rooms offer stunning views of the city skyline. Finally, guests can enjoy a quiet stay despite being located right next to a school that can be very loud from 7 am onwards.
Some aspects of the hotel may require improvement, such as frequent malfunctions of lamps, safes, and water heaters.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with restaurants and shops nearby. The pool was a great place to relax and cool off.
The breakfast could use some improvement. It took a bit long to prepare certain dishes and there was no free water provided after the first day.
